Social Media Manager and Creative Writer

We have an immediate in-house opening for a smart, dynamic Social Media Manager and Creative Writer.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, have the ability to manage work for multiple clients in parallel, and understand how to use social media to strategically drive engagement and build brand value, then we encourage you to apply for this position.

Strategic Responsibilities 

Collaborate with clients and internal team to set goals for social, with a focus on increasing engagement, leads and expanding brand reach.

Develop social strategy and editorial content calendars for multiple companies. Adopt/establish the authentic and genuine voice of the companies we represent Manage and provide support for internal copywriting and social media efforts Be a resource for the internal team for all things related to social media and copywriting best practices Keep up with the latest trends and marketing opportunities related to social including paid social media placement.

Tactical Responsibilities

Compose and/or copyedit creative copy, blog content, website content, campaign marketing copy, and paid search/display ads Manage posting, advertising, and responding across all social media platforms for multiple companies as defined in editorial calendars Content and social media campaign creation for internal marketing initiatives Analysis and Reporting

Provide tracking and reporting

Provide analytical insight and recommendations to improve customer experience, better connect with client demographics, and optimize the performance of digital efforts


2+ years of professional creative writing and social media experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of the application of social media within a business strategy Google Analytics experience a plus Agency experience a plus.

ASP.Net/C# Web Developer

The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a creative, challenging, and fast paced team environment. This individual should have at least 1 year of experience in development for Microsoft web-based technology platform. In addition to demonstrating expertise in the technologies/languages listed below, candidates are required to take a technical proficiency exam as part of the evaluation/vetting process.
