The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) is a national organization dedicated to advancing nursing education. They were looking to streamline their website and make it more user-friendly and turned to us for help.

UX Analysis Provides Direction

The Foremost Media design team provided a full range of services for the AACN website redesign including UX analysis and research, wireframing prototypes, and high fidelity designs for 10+ pages on the main site, as well as a micro site layout that included both desktop and mobile views. We focused heavily on user analysis and ADA compliance, paying close attention to market trends and competitors for elements to incorporate into the custom redesign.

Customizable Search Tool Improves User Experience

To provide AACN with very targeted, customizable search functionality, we utilized Search Boost on the site. Existing content and news items were migrated to the new site and we provided sitewide SEO updates to enhance what the client already had in place. Extensive onsite user testing helped us gauge the effectiveness of the new design.
