Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our business growth by generating exciting new opportunities.

As an SDR, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business trajectory. Using a combination of proven processes and innovative strategies, you will tap into potential business accounts, curating and managing lists of companies to target. Leveraging the power of email, social media, and telephone campaigns, you'll create new business opportunities and foster high-level conversations with senior and mid-level executives about their businesses and their technology needs.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, who can methodically pursue leads, thrive on persistence, and effectively collaborate within a team setting. With uncapped commission structures and advancement opportunities within the sales organization, this role offers promising growth and lucrative earnings for the motivated individual.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly qualified lead objectives and quotas
  • Proactively engage leads and inquiries, delivering a consistently positive experience for all prospects
  • Establish and nurture prospect relationships through initiating communication and conducting follow-up qualifications, steering opportunities into the sales funnel
  • Perform comprehensive needs assessments, identifying prospects' pain points to determine how Foremost Media's solutions can address those needs
  • Execute outbound telemarketing activities targeted at specific accounts, prospect lists, and other call campaigns
  • Conduct research to expand prospect list using resources such as Data.com, LinkedIn, and other methods

Required Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong desire to learn and excel in sales
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and active listening skills
  • The determination and perseverance to conduct outbound contacts daily
  • A dynamic "hunter" personality, with a drive to reach decision makers
