Front-End Developer

Job Description:

Foremost Media is seeking a qualified Front-End Developer to join our growing team. This isn’t your typical developer job with only a couple of projects a year. We consistently create websites for a variety of companies in differing industries. If you have a passion for web development and an interest in your growing your skills, you may be a great fit.

This position is for a full-time, on-site Front-End Developer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Implement websites, landing pages, and applications from concept through deployment with a responsive approach
  • Ability to revise, update, refactor, and debug code
  • Maintain, update, and improve the existing code base

Required Experience:

HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Responsive Design, Source Control

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of modern Javascript frameworks
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design patterns
  • Graphical sense of design, ability to take design files and turn them into working UI
  • Experience working with internal and third-party RESTful APIs
  • Experience in DNN, nopCommerce, or WordPress a plus

Education and Training:

A college degree in computer science or related field is preferred but not required. Other combinations of training and/or experience, which can be demonstrated to result in possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform this position's tasks will also be considered.
