Andy was born and raised in Wisconsin, and has called the Janesville area home for over 45 years. He graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Management Computer Systems and is a United States Marine Corps veteran, where he was in charge of communications upkeep and maintenance.
This background primed Andy for a career in computer development. After teaming up with Jon Ballard, whom he met when Jon married his cousin Shelly, the pair established Foremost Media in 2004. Andy led the company’s development side, focusing on everything from custom .Net development and API implementations to website and server maintenance. You might say he’s the man behind the curtain who keeps the machinery humming! Andy is also a technical advisor for all things DNN-related, and a Blackhawk Technical College advisor.
Andy is a loving husband to wife Krista and father of four. He is very active in church, especially on the Worship team and in Bible studies.
