Enhancing User Experience
As part of the website redesign, we conducted a comprehensive user experience audit to align the new site with GrowJoy's goals and their target audience. Our mobile-first approach ensures that the site is accessible and user-friendly across all devices. We streamlined the navigation by including resource information and product subcategories, making it easier for customers to find what they need. To attract more visitors, we added content targeting top state traffic and provided additional informational resources like blogs and tutorials. We also tailored the imagery and voice to appeal to a mature female audience, using bold typography and contrasting colors to highlight key information. With a focus on clean design and effective use of white space, we aimed to create a smooth and engaging user journey that enhances customer satisfaction and encourages repeat visits.
