When MEC approached us to redesign their new contract manufacturing website, a couple of main objectives for the redesign was to showcase MEC’s wide range of capabilities and promote their employee-owned company culture. MEC also expressed that they wanted to stand out from their competitors’ websites. To help with this objective, we added Parallax effects to their home page to bring their services to life, like the animation that shows one of their products being assembled at the end of the homepage.
Shortly after the new MEC website's launch in 2015, the website was nominated for and won a Summit Creative Award in the B2B website category out of 5,000 submissions from 24 countries.
