Meridian Laboratory, Inc. is a manufacturer of brushless industrial slip ring assemblies alongside precision polyurethane molding capabilities. Looking to better support hiring and communicate what it is like to work within those environments, they partnered with Foremost Media to create a dedicated careers website.

From Job Listings to a Full Careers Destination

We began with design exploration and wireframing to establish the site architecture, then developed the core careers pages. An Opportunities section was created to give Meridian a dedicated home for open roles, as well as a Benefits page detailing compensation, insurance, time off, workplace perks, and more. A Why Meridian page introduces the company’s two divisions, values, employee feedback, and workplace recognition, reinforced through employee testimonials and a Top Workplace ranking. Taken together, these pages show Meridian as an employer in full, as it actually operates.

Defining How Meridian Presents Itself to Candidates

The site was developed in WordPress, with reusable components and templates created for job listings, benefits sections, and supporting pages. Development moved through multiple rounds of QA and client review, where sliders, responsive behavior, and layout issues were identified and corrected. Spacing, stacking, and page flow were adjusted across screen sizes so the site reads consistently from page to page.

Turning Interest Into Informed Applicants

The project closed with launch preparation, including infrastructure setup and final refinements to layout and functionality. The new careers website launched in parallel with Meridian Laboratory being recognized as a Top Workplace in 2026, reinforcing the positive employee feedback and workplace culture reflected throughout. Meridian now brings its work, culture, and recognition into the hiring process from the first interaction, so candidates engage with a fully formed view of the company from the outset.
