Based in Madison, Wisconsin, TJK Design Build has been designing and constructing buildings since 1992. They had a very old static website that offered little functionality, didn’t showcase their work, and wasn’t mobile-friendly. They asked us for a redesign and we were glad to help.

Static Homepage Offers Little Functionality

An architectural firm that prides itself on innovative designs that are both functional and fun should have a website that reflects this, but TJK Design Build’s site was extremely basic and outdated. A static homepage provided a single paragraph of text, and while there were links to various projects, images were small and content was limited. There was a lot of wasted space throughout the site. Our developers got to work creating a new site with a much cleaner and modern design.

Fresh Look & New Image Gallery Prove Value

Built on the WordPress platform, we used architectural imagery and geometric elements to incorporate their industry theme into the design. Content was expanded and re-organized in a more thoughtful way that allows visitors to better understand the client’s background and their capabilities. We created a portfolio with high-quality images to showcase their work and added testimonials to demonstrate their value to potential new clients.

TJK Design Build’s new website is clean and features a consistent look and feel throughout, in addition to modern functionality. It’s a vast improvement over the old site, and the client is very happy with the upgrade.
