Account Manager

Foremost Media is a custom web development and digital marketing agency committed to creating quality websites for clients in a wide range of industries across the globe — and we’ve been doing it since the early days of the internet. We’ve built our entire business around keeping clients happy and are looking for an account manager who will make customer satisfaction a priority.

The account manager serves as a vital link between the client and the agency team. You’ll thrive in this challenging but rewarding role if you can strike a careful balance between the client’s needs, wants, and priorities, and the agency’s bottom line. This role is mostly office-based with occasional travel for client visits. We understand that experience is something that takes time to acquire and are willing to train the right individual if we feel they are a great fit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a strategy and knowing how to prioritize various marketing tasks based on budgets and effectiveness
  • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients
  • Working with marketing and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Staying on top of accounts to ensure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs

  • Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability
  • Strong knowledge of various digital marketing tactics, strategies, and software


Education and Training:

A college degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Consideration will be given to individuals with an equivalent combination of training and/or experience that would help them perform the required tasks, as well as those who are highly motivated, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
