Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Foremost Media is a digital solutions agency committed to creating quality websites for clients in a wide range of industries across the globe — and we’ve been doing it since the early days of the internet. We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help develop and maintain long-term business relationships to improve the overall customer experience. 

The Customer Success Specialist plays a unique role in the organization. You’ll serve as a liaison and advocate for the client, using your analytical skills to identify problems and work with clients to provide creative solutions. Responsibilities include working with the Project Managers to facilitate training for our clients, meeting with and advocating for our clients, being the primary point of contact for accounts and assisting our Support Manager with dispatching service tickets. Collaboration with other team members and departments is key to success in this role. We understand that experience is something that takes time to acquire and are willing to train the right individual if we feel they are a great fit.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in customer service or account management
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfort working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Self-starter who works with a team and can quickly adjust priorities 


  • 1+ year of customer service experience 
  • Experience in website technologies a plus

Education and Training:

A college degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required. Consideration will be given to individuals with an equivalent combination of training and/or experience that would help them perform the required tasks, as well as those who are highly motivated, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
