Our team set up category paths that match how contractors and rental partners naturally look for equipment, and product pages were laid out to highlight the details customers look for and rely on most. Search and filtering were shaped to handle the volume of items without it feeling overwhelming, and customers can add products to their cart as they browse and then request a quote when they’re ready.

Many BilJax customers connect through local partners across North America, so we implemented an interactive map that shows visitors where they can buy or rent equipment near them. Their team can add or adjust locations anytime on their own, which keeps information from going stale as their network grows. Custom forms were also added throughout the site that allowed users to quickly request estimates, among other things. The new site is tied directly to their ERP; therefore, product details on the website update as soon as they change internally.
