Reading in Motion is a Chicago-based nonprofit whose mission is to get every student reading at or above their grade level. They wanted to modernize their website and add a mechanism for selling products, and turned to Foremost Media for help.

New Theme Exhibits Personality

Working closely with the client, we created a custom design that exhibits their personality. It’s more colorful and features lots of images of smiling children. While most of the existing content was carried over, we added additional CTAs and rearranged the content to better emphasize the client’s mission and impact.

Adding ecommerce Functionality

To add ecommerce functionality, we applied the design to a nopCommerce framework. An “Invest in Literacy” tab across the homepage header showcases products that are available for purchase, and a shopping cart ensures easy, fast, and secure checkout.
